Damian holds the unique distinction of being one of only three coaches globally to have won a World Series title with two different countries. His coaching prowess has been showcased from the vibrant plains of Africa to the bustling cities of Europe, the diverse landscapes of Asia, and the expansive coasts of North America. Among his numerous achievements, leading Canada to its first and only success on the World Rugby Sevens Series stage holds a special place. Damian’s strategic acumen, ability to inspire, and relentless drive were instrumental in this historic victory.

Notably, Damian led Great Britain students to a gold medal victory at the World Student Games in Brazil in 2014 and England to a silver medal at the Junior Commonwealth Games in Australia in 2005.
